Bachelor of Science
Once accepted into the program, the undergraduate nursing curriculum is spread over five semesters. There ARE prerequisite courses to complete before applying to nursing. The application deadlines each year are March 1st and October 1st. Students must also apply to enroll in Boise State University. Students who would like to enroll and take courses at Boise State University before being admitted in the nursing program may select nursing support courses and prerequisite courses listed on the curriculum overview. Please note that nursing courses on the curriculum overview are sequential and need to be taken each semester in the order they are listed.

Click on our advising calendar for information on how to meet with an advisor or get your questions answered about the admissions process. Make an appointment with the Department of Nursing.
- Review the calendar.
- Contact the Department of Nursing at 208-426-4143 or email nursing@boisestate.edu with the date and time you would like to attend.
- Bring your transcripts, questions, etc. Appointments normally take 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Advising location: Check-in 5 minutes prior to your appointment in the Science-Nursing Building, Room 107.
- If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us ASAP.
