Temporary Faculty Position

The Boise State University Department of Nursing is currently recruiting for one half-time temporary faculty position for Fall 2008 under our “grow our own” faculty program. Candidates must hold a BSN and agree to concurrently attend the Idaho State University masters program in nursing education. The successful candidate will teach in the nursing department 2 days per week while attending graduate school. Commitment to serve on the BSU faculty (if offered) for at least two years after completing their graduate degree is required. This is a half-time fully benefited position. Preference will be given to applicants who have served as BSU adjunct nursing faculty. Applicants are asked to submit their C.V., a letter of interest, and the names of three references to Dr. Jeri Bigbee (jeribigbee@boisestate.edu) for search committee consideration by Monday, March 10th.

Adjunct Faculty Positions

Interested in an adjunct faculty position with the Department of Nursing at Boise State University?  We are searching for qualified adjunct faculty.  Adjunct faculty members are generally hired to teach a clinical section of nursing skills or health assessment. You have the opportunity to work closely with a fulltime faculty member as you develop your teaching and evaluation skills.
