Nursing Department Chair Selected as 2008 Administrator of the Year

Dr. Pam Springer, Department of Nursing Chair has been selected as the 2008 Administrator of the Year by the Idaho Association of Education Office Professionals. In addition to her administrative responsibilities, Dr. Springer teaches leadership and management for the Masters of Health Sciences degree program and has worked to help establish the Masters of Science in Nursing program at Boise State. Her current research areas include working with a team on a cost-benefit analysis of the use of a lift-team and work with a colleague on exploring health literacy in informal care givers of elders.
