The Professional - Technical Practical Nursing Track

(Advanced Technical Certificate in Practical Nursing)

The Larry G. Selland College of Applied Technology, in collaboration with the College of Health Sciences Department of Nursing, is offering a professional-technical practical nursing track.  You will earn an Advanced Technical Certificate in Practical Nursing and be eligible to license as a practical nurse. This track will be offered at Boise State’s Canyon County campus location in Nampa. You will be required to attend classes four consecutive terms, including summer sessions.

Students who complete this track and become licensed practical nurses are eligible to advance place into the nursing undergraduate program to further their nursing education.
